The 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards honour the Middle East real estate excellence

The 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards honoured outstanding real estate achievements in the Middle East and beyond during a prestigious International Luncheon held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, recognising developments that set new benchmarks for quality, design and investment appeal across the region. Among the Middle East winners, Chedi Hospitality was awarded Best Branded Residential Development (UAE) for The Chedi Private Residences on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, underscoring the strength of luxury branded residences in the emirate’s dynamic property market. The awards also spotlighted top performers from Sri Lanka, where Home Lands Group of Companies secured multiple titles including Best Developer and Best Lifestyle Developer, while projects such as Pentara Residencies, Santorini Resort Apartments & Residencies and Bayfonte Marina Resort Apartments & Villas were honoured in their respective categories. Winners from both the Middle East and Sri Lanka went on to compete at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, part of a landmark event that celebrates real estate excellence across Asia and honours the most innovative developers and projects shaping tomorrow’s cities.
