Real estate mogul Chirag Suri has closed his fifth luxury property deal in Dubai’s prestigious Emirates Hills community, marking another milestone for his brokerage, Hills and Views. The latest sale was a Dh123.63 million ($33.65 million) golf course mansion, bringing the firm’s total transactions in the elite neighbourhood to five within just six months, a sign of strong demand in the ultra-premium segment of Dubai’s market. Emirates Hills continues to be a magnet for wealthy buyers seeking privacy, comfort and long-term value, with luxury villa sales across the city reaching record levels. Apart from his success in real estate, Suri — who previously gained recognition as a cricketer and was the first UAE player in the Indian Premier League — credits Dubai’s visionary development for the emirate’s rise as a global luxury property hub. His family is also involved in related ventures, with his brother Harman Suri leading residential development projects through RMF Stone, and the group is preparing to launch a Dh68 million mansion for sale in January 2026.
