DUBAI — Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments has announced plans to deliver more than 1,200 residential units across Dubai over the next two years, marking a major expansion phase for the relatively young developer as it celebrates its third anniversary in the emirate’s competitive property market.
The Dubai-based firm, which currently holds a cumulative project portfolio valued at around AED 1.5 billion, revealed that it will begin handing over 380 apartments in the fourth quarter of 2026 from developments in Arjan and Discovery Gardens — two of the city’s high-growth residential hubs.
Mashriq Elite’s delivery pipeline includes several key projects under construction or in advanced stages of development. These comprise Floarea Grande in Arjan, Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Floarea Oasis at Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), alongside its debut waterfront community Floarea Breeze in Dubai Islands.
Earlier launches have already started to contribute to the emirate’s housing stock: last year the company handed over 206 units at Floarea Residence in Arjan, its first completed development, which saw strong market uptake.
According to Mashriq Elite’s leadership, the aggressive delivery schedule reflects both the developer’s disciplined growth strategy and healthy demand from local and international buyers and investors seeking residential properties in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. The expanding footprint, which is set to span more than 2 million square feet of built-up area, will also extend into Meydan and Dubai Production City (IMPZ) with planned launches in early 2026.
Industry watchers say the surge in new residential supply comes amid broader strengthening in Dubai’s property sector, where demand continues to outpace supply and entice developers to fast-track project delivery. Mashriq Elite’s milestone announcement underscores the emirate’s status as a global real estate hub and signals confidence in sustained investor interest through 2026 and beyond.
